Our Purpose...
To create a relaxed atmosphere in which to share the love of Christ with others.
This ministry consists of four teams:
Purchase: Takes inventory of supplies, purchases refreshments occasionally, and contacts people who have offered to bring refreshments.
Set-Up: (7:30am) Prepare coffee, tea and set tables.
Preparation: (8:00am) Prepare refreshment trays with pastries, fruits, etc. Clear off tables at 10:30am.
Clean-Up: Washes trays, coffee pots, etc. and return to designated area.
